On Hockey: As trade deadline nears, Capitals shouldn't be finished yet

Plucking Marco Sturm off the waiver wire Saturday was a good start for the Washington Capitals, who, somewhat inexplicably, still can't score consistently, either at even strength or on the power play. But fans had better hope it's not General Manager George McPhee's only move before today's 3 p.m....
