Md. man sentenced to 20 years in PCP conspiracy

A Forestville man was sentenced to 20 years in prison Thursday for possessing and conspiring to distribute PCP, authorities said.

17 charged in major drug sting

D.C. police cracking down on ‘fake pot’

The operators of three shops in Adams Morgan and two gas station convenience stores in Anacostia have received written notice that they risk having business assets seized and forfeited under federal law if they sell fake pot, commonly marketed as K2 or Spice.

Huffing a danger for preteens, study says

There was some concerning news Thursday from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. A study found that more 12-year-olds have used potentially lethal inhalants than those who used marijuana, cocaine and hallucinogens combined.
