Stanley Tucci, breaking from ‘The Hunger Games,’ pleads for arts funding

While the crowds are lining up for his new movie, “The Hunger Games,” actor Stanley Tucci visited Capitol Hill to plead for more funding for the National Endowment for the Arts.

President Obama requests $857 million for the Smithsonian
