Earlier this month I received an e-mail from Jenna Kellam of Baltimore, who works for a nonprofit and is thinking about going back to school for a MBA. But she wonders, would business schools want her? Kellam sent me three questions, which I passed along to two experts to answer.

This morning 500 students in an introductory to psychology class at Virginia Tech will receive Pay Day candy bars in wrappers that read, "Pay It Forward."
And instead of the expected routine lecture of the day, Professor E. Scott Geller will urge the students to perform "intentional acts of kindness" -- and hand over their candy bar to a stranger, who will hopefully do the same.
