Punxsutawney Phil's indictment for "misrepresentation of early spring" and a recommended death sentence are spawning a legal storm. The Pa.-based Nurick Law Group, on behalf of the legions of groundhog supporters, has filed a cease and desist notice directed at Michael Gmoser, the Butler County, Ohio prosecutor who issued the indictment.
