Adam Oates's 'Ray Bourque' rule for Mike Green

Coach Adam Oates wants Mike Green, and all the Capitals defensemen for that matter, to be involved in the play offensively. But he doesn't want them below the top of the faceoff circles. It's a strategy he picked up from his time as a teammate of Hall of Famer Ray Bourque.
