Elderly McLean man dies after clothes catch fire while cooking

The man, who was not immediately identified, succumbed early Friday morning after he suffered burns over 40 percent of his body, fire officials said.

Homeless man dies of burns after shelter fire

A homeless man died following a fire in the abandoned Woodbridge building he was using for shelter on Thursday, authorities said.

Fire destroys home in Prince George’s County

An electrical fire destroyed a single-family home in Glenn Dale early Sunday, leaving its occupants homeless, Prince George’s County fire officials said.
