The final asphalt surfacing and placement of road markings is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Friday. This will completely close Ohio Drive from from the Roosevelt Bridge over the Rock Creek Parkway to Independence Avenue at 23rd Street NW until 5 a.m. Monday.
