Money for Metro advances in U.S. Senate

The funds, intended for safety improvements, were approved by the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Subcommittee. The bill now moves to the Senate floor.

Metrobus involved in accident

A Metrobus was involved in an accident around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, a Metro official said. Three people were injured with non-life-threatening injuries, the official said.
