As more parents refuse vaccines for kids, old-school diseases make a comeback

One in 10 parents are avoiding or delaying getting their children vaccinated because of safety concerns, says a new report in the journal Pediatrics. As a result, says columnist Petula Dvorak, there has been a disease outbreak in states such as California and Minnesota not seen in years.
