Loudoun County’s Maggie Phillips spearheads 2nd Annual Hoops for Heroes

For the second straight year Loudoun County two-sport standout Maggie Phillips organized the Hoops for Heroes fundraiser, which generated more than $16,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.
