Sikh temple shooter's ex-girlfriend shows female face of hate

Misty Cook is blonde, rosy cheeked and pretty, but the sweet-looking mother of one is also the ex-girlfriend of the gunman who brutally killed six Sikh worshipers in Milwaukee temple.
