Fairfax ‘Beltway sex’ jury awards $22,000 to cabbie

Salem Trad claimed he couldn’t have been driving when a Beltway crash happened because he was engaged in a sex act in the back seat. A Fairfax County jury apparently disagreed.

Trial starts in Fairfax #beltwaysex case

Tom Jackman tweets from the court on a lawsuit about a crash on the Beltway last year — in which the defendant was allegedly driving at 85 miles per hour while drunk and having sex with a woman “partially or totally in the backseat of the car.”

On the Beltway, a claim of drunken sex at 85 mph

A cab driver alleges his cab was struck by a drunk driver who was also having sex at the time. The drunk driver denies that he was the driver. So does the girl. So does the OTHER guy in the car.
