Woodbridge flood cleanup slowed by red tape

Three weeks after the flood at the Holly Acres mobile home park in Woodbridge, one contractor’s offer to clean up the damaged site has been rejected because he doesn’t have the right type of license.

Scenes from NoVa’s devastating flood

Residents in Huntington, in Fairfax County, and Woodbridge in Prince William County appeared to suffer the brunt of the floods, which killed three people in Northern Virginia.
