Correction to This Article
A Feb. 8 article misstated the age and source of some of the material that was copied without attribution in a British government intelligence dossier on Iraq. An article by Ibrahim Marashi, from which material was borrowed, was published in the Middle East Review of International Affairs last September, not 12 years ago. And Glen Rangwala, a lecturer at Cambridge University, discovered and disclosed that material had been copied without attribution but was not the author of any of it.
