Northrop Grumman Space and Mission System of Reston won a $4.58 billion contract from the Missile Defense Agency for development and testing of a kinetic energy intercept ground-based boost-ascent element.

Information Resources Management Ltd. of Lexington Park, Md., won a contract with an estimated value of $85 million from the Naval Air Systems Command's Training Systems Division for Navy training systems plans and manpower estimate reports, training products and related services.

International Business Machines Corp. of Bethesda won an $80.1 million contract from the Postal Service's Supplies and Services Purchasing Division for the Automated Postal Center Program.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $44.14 million contract from the Navy's Strategic Systems Program to provide system integration support for the Trident I (C4) and Trident II (D5) Fleet Ballistic Missile programs in implementing interface control programs and performing special technical investigations.

Northrop Grumman of Newport News, Va., won a $27.87 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for USS George Washington docking planned incremental availability advance planning.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $19.6 million contract from the Navy's Strategic Systems Program for hull conversions.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $9.2 million contract from the Navy's Strategic Systems Program for systems integration support and logistics support for Britain's Trident strategic weapon system and performing special technical investigations.

Forrester Construction Co. of Rockville won a $7.88 million contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for design and construction for renovation and repair services.

BAE Systems Information and Warfare Systems of Manassas won a $5.31 million contract from the Air Force Materiel Command's Space Vehicles Directorate for a research laboratory.

McDonald Bradley Inc. of Herndon won a contract valued at up to $3.78 million from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for single family independent verification and validation services and management and marketing server administration, maintenance, and help desk support.

American Technology Corp. of Baltimore won a $3.11 million contract from the Army's Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command for safety and rescue equipment.

Dimensions International Inc. of Alexandria won a $2.96 million contract from the Army's Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command for services.

Northrop Grumman Systems of Charlottesville won a $2.48 million contract from the Naval Inventory Control Point for inertial measuring.

Tesoro Corp. of Virginia Beach won a $1.53 million contract from the Homeland Security Department for roof-replacement services.

Cochran Construction Co. of Hampton, Va., won a $1.5 million contract from NASA for a hangar fire-suppression system.

Talisman International LLC of Washington won a contract valued at up to $1 million from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service for management organizational and business improvement services.

CACI Technologies Inc. of Chantilly won a $607,870 contract from the Air Force Materiel Command for a tactical network security system.

Chesapeake Corp. of Cambridge, Md., won a contract with an estimated value of $383,916 from the Defense Logistics Agency's Energy Support Center for bulk propellant.

Litton Systems Inc. of Blacksburg, Va., won a $202,927 contract from the Naval Inventory Control Point for cable assemblies.

Tesoro Corp. of Virginia Beach won a $144,500 contract from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center for an enclosure of exterior stairs.

Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co. of Newport News won a $129,000 contract from the Navy for inspection and repair of MS-5's on SSN class submarines.

Palmer Legal Staffing of Washington won a contract valued at up to $125,000 from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service for temporary and professional staffing services.

J.N. Corp. of Walkersville, Md., won a $99,238 contract from the Defense Supply Center for rotary relays.

Turnbull Enterprises of Baltimore won a $98,294 contract from the Defense Supply Center for revolving stools.

Dela Technology Corp. of Rockville won a $96,865 contract from the Defense Supply Center for compressor parts kits.

Mandex Inc. of Lanham won a $90,300 contract from the Naval Inventory Control Point for circuit card assemblies.

Kaydon Ring and Seal Inc. of Baltimore won an $89,000 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center for plain encased seals.

UNICOR/Federal Prison Industries of Washington won a $72,901 contract from the Army's Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command for miscellaneous vehicular components.

Planning Systems Inc. of Reston won a $69,804 contract from the Navy for a feasibility study to investigate small business innovation research.

Hiller Systems Inc. of Chesapeake, Va., won a $70,400 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center for a fire fighting system.

Turnbull Enterprises of Baltimore won a $65,100 contract from the Defense Supply Center for aviator's ready room chairs.

Dela Technology Corp. of Rockville won a $61,788 contract from the Defense Supply Center for automotive axle shafts.

Ferguson Enterprises Inc. of Newport News, Va., won a $58,464 contract from the Defense Supply Center for plug valves.

Thales Communications Inc. of Clarksburg, Md., won a $57,000 contract from the Defense Supply Center for headset-microphones.

Total Plastics Inc. of Baltimore won a $53,700 contract from the Naval Air Systems Command's Aircraft Division for 300 sheets of ABS plastic.
