Correction to This Article
A Feb. 18 article incorrectly said in one reference that the Program Management Office of the Coalition Provisional Authority had prepared a draft document on security and contractors working in Iraq. As stated elsewhere in the article, the draft was prepared by the authority's Infrastructure Security Planning Group.
