Im a registered republican and I say lets get the ball rolling on this. Its important that these guys are removed from office and not allowed to finish their tenure. Its time we show the world a real democracy in motion. Its time to show the world that we the people will not tolerate lies.

Dennis has really never grown up. He still thinks hes in junior high school and he is wasting his time with this impeachment stuff. Pelosi needs to slap his narrow butt down.

As a supporter of the A28 Movement, I understand him wanting to bring forth the Articles of Impeachment I love saying that as soon as possible. rimasco is spot on. Lets just get our country back from this twisted administration so we can start making reparations to the Iraqi people, the neglected people of New Orleans, our veterans and active duty soldiers that are dying for these lies, and of course, all the children left behind. But hey, thats bad press right? We want our elected officals to be bodybuildahs. Nevermind the fact that Kucinich has an 100 rating from the National Public Interest Research Group. He is everything this nation has needed for years and you cut him down by knocking his haircut? @k ?o#.

Lets applaud him for having the courage to do what is so obviously right. If any administration ever deserved to have impeachment articles drawn against it, it is this one.

I`m all for impeaching Cheney, but that doesn`t mean I don`t think Kucinich is a complete idiot.

Please dont stoop to making fun of his hair. He can tell us more about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights than most of you reporters. I am ashamed you have made fun of this very sincere person. On every hearing before Congress we are being told that the Bush Admin cannot tell the truth about almost every aspect of this war and our country. The media may be waking up but so very much too late. owedix

Isnt it encouraging to have someone on the hill state the obvious? Our real problem is that no one else has the temerity to follow up with appropriate support to courageously confront the dishonest, corrupt, and inept administration. Im beginning to believe we are simply being distracted and manipulated with all the focus on looking at the dishonest and inept performance of folks like Gonzalez, Rumsfelds military, etc...lets focus our investigative resources where we KNOW the problem is...the White House!

Mr Milbank ... YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!! You are also the most uninformed neocon journalist I have ever read!! For you to make outrageously disgusting comments about Kucinichs height and hairstyle, yet NOT speak a lickin word about the 80percent PLUS of the American people who support impeachment of Cheney AND the facts about Cheneys underhanded all-out lies to the world is VERY unprofessional and should garner you a huge backlash from the BILLIONS of us who Kucinich is speaking so COURAGEOUSLY for!!!!!!! I am disgusted by you ... outraged by your slanderous article ... and even MORE convinced that our public media are total PUPPETS of our murderous administration!!!!!! I will not only be FULLY supporting Dennis Kucinich, but I will put my HEART and SOUL into his campaign for President!! KUCINICH is going to show you the incredible POWER that can be achieved ... even by a 5ft 6in man with a so-called funny hairstyle!!!

Laugh if you want to, but Mr Kucinich is right. Someone needs to go on record as oppposing this administration with more a soundbite. I support this effort to remove the Vice President for the deceit he has practiced and the thousands of lives he has wasted with his lies. I think Mr Kucinich is right--there are millions of Americans who applaud this long overdue action.

Maybe no democrats support the impeachment because they know that Cheney hasnt done anything that is impeachable. You know, sort of like saying that Bush stole the last two elections. You know in your heart that the election is stolen but, theres not a shred of proof.

At least hes standing up for something...a rarity in Washington these days. Your column does everything but call him a clown out-right, and writing pieces like this which lampoon someone who is doing what he feels is right, is a great way to undermine what he is doing. Writing about the mans hairstyle and stature is low-minded and doesnt strike me as having anything to do with the core issue.

What fools these Demoncrats be. They are so busy rearranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic, that they cannot see that the Islamofascists are busily working to sink our ship of state. Kucinich had better get his priorities straight and work not to push his political agenda but rather to secure the USA against our most dangerous enemy ever. They are not out to conquer us but to destroy us. GET TO WORK ON THIS, KUCY.

Kucinich is a light wing in Congress and on the American political scene. Watergate was a two bit burglary. History is stronger than individuals. Impeacement of both Bush and Cheney before their terms are up may have a small probability but it is far greater than epsilon.

Facts, not conjecture. What are the FACTS. President Clinton lied under oath, which is definitely grounds for disbarment, and shows utter contempt of the US legal system. What are the legal grounds for impeachment, and what are the facts surrounding those grounds. All of those that preach Haliburton, and war crimes, and whatever else: no more grandstanding. From what I see here, the commenters want recall, not impeachment. Unfortunately, that is not supported by the Constitution, and we need only look to our southern border to understand why. Enough of teh crybaby emotional BS. Dems: get your whining under control and do the job you were voted in for, or you will find the same fate the Republicans did last September.

Standing perhaps 5 feet 6 inches tall in shoes . . . That sounds a lot like a dismissive Short people have no reason to live, comment. What a cheap shot.

Frankly, Im getting tired of people putting someone down who is exercising his Constitutional duty. If people have no recourse but to denegrate the messenger, then it only proves their thoughts are vapid. If this is not the most corrupt administration in history, then tell us about another. The very fabric of our free society is being torn by the current occupants of the White House. Deliberate distortions are being presented to the American people and indeed the entire world by those whom the nation has chosen as its leaders. The coverups, the dissembling, the wreckless use of our military for private financial gain are more than enough reasons for impeachment. President Clinton was impeached for lying about a sexual encounter. No one died as a result of his actions. If that act was considered so egregious by the Republican controlled Congress, surely the actions of this administration should be called into question. As usual, a sex scandal trumps all else. Certainly the reverse Robin Hood actions of this current administration robbing from the poor and giving to the richis just shrewd capitalism. As for the Democrats, you dont have to embrace impeachment or even support it. But to dismiss Rep. Kucinich as a kook, is a terrible idea, and I believe will not gain you anything with the public. You can support Mr. Kucinich by agreeing that all of his points are valid. You may then state your view that it is not in the best interest of the country to go through an impeachment process at this time. Democrats, if you think that distancing yourselves from Rep. Kucinich is the best thing you can do politically, you are not correctly reading the anger felt by the majority of the American people.
