Arlington Boulevard ramp closing near Clarendon

The exit ramp from westbound Arlington Boulevard/Route 50 to Fairfax Drive will be closed from Wednesday to Friday as part of an ongoing project to improve that area’s interchanges. Expect increased congestion on the nearby ramps to Courthouse Road and 10th Street.

Red top parking meter enforcement begins in March

New parking meters meant for drivers with disabilities will be enforced beginning on March 1. These meters, which require payment but allow drivers to stay in spots for twice as long, can be found in Washington’s central business district and parts of Southwest.

A not-so-fond farewell for Dupont south escalators
