Maryland unable to issue driver’s licenses, ID cards after 3 p.m. on Tuesday

The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration announced Tuesday afternoon that its computer system requires immediate maintenance. As a result, the system won’t be able to issue licenses and cards after 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
