Adobe releases Flash to HTML5 converter

Adobe has announced its release of Wallaby, a drag-and-drop tool used to convert the company’s Flash files into HTML 5. The program is available to developers through Adobe’s Labs Web site. Reports conflict over Windows Mango update

Microsoft is tired of Internet Explorer 6, too

Four years ago, I upset a few readers when I declared in a blog post that I would no longer help them use Microsoft’s already obsolete Internet Explorer 6 browser. IE 6 was too insecure, too slow, too clumsy and just too stupid for me to support, I wrote. The only way to fix it was to replace it with its successor IE 7, Mozilla Firefox or another worthy, non-obsolete browser.

Google: Gmail data has been restored

Google has issued a statement saying that it has successfully restored all data from its tapes and is processing the information. Google spokeswoman Jessica Kositz said access should be restored to most users in a matter of hours, and the best thing for those still waiting for access is to keep checking Google's status dashboards.

Watson plays 'Jeopardy!' with members of Congress
