Wizards’ Garrett Temple on Donald Sterling ban: ‘This is a human issue’

Backup guard Garrett Temple had the “perfect” day on Tuesday as his team closed out Chicago and NBA commissioner Adam Silver banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling from the NBA for life.
