It took a while, but my pepper plants are finally starting to produce. I’ll be pondering ways to use up the bumper crop of jalapenos, but you can find an even bigger variety of peppers at area farmers markets this week, including today’s FreshFarm Market in Penn Quarter, today’s FreshFarm Market by the White House, Sunday’s Takoma Park Farmers Market and Wednesday’s Foggy Bottom FreshFarm Market.
