Jinich serves up corn three ways on Today

Did you miss Pati Jinich this morning on the Today show ?

Well, so did Matt Lauer, who wasn’t even part of the segment. Instead, the D.C. area chef and host of “Pati’s Mexican Table” prepared — well, more like talked about — three different corn dishes to take advantage of the abudance of the summer ingredient.

Most impressively, Jinich did it all in less than five minutes. Take a look for yourself in this amusing segment filled with yellow-corn sweetness.
