Red Apron Butcher: Merguez sausage ($13 for three pieces).

Anchor Nursery: pickling cucumbers.

At Thursday’s FreshFarm Market by the White House:

Gunpowder Bison and Trading Co.: New York strip ($11 each).

Garden Path Farms: sausage snack sticks ($2 each).

Spring Valley Farm and Orchard: honeycrisp, Ginger Gold and Gala apples ($2.59 per pound).

Pleasant Pops: hibiscus and cherry tomato gazpacho popsicles.

Blueberry Hill: cippolini onions ($10 per bunch) and red raspberries.

Mountain View Farm: Salad greens, red garnet and jewel sweet potatoes, red gold potatoes and winter squash.

Garner’s Produce: figs (limited quantity), early butternut and acorn squash and canning tomatoes (limited quantities)

Whisked!: chipotle red pepper cheddar corn quiche, pulled pork savory tart, nectarine pie and peach pound cake.

North Mountain Pastures: pickled beets, beet kimchi, spicy green beans, tesa and breakfast bacons, beet kimchi and spicy green beans.

Garner’s Produce: cherry, Italian, yellow roma and San Marzano tomatoes.

Panorama Bakery: plain and chocolate madeleines.

Evensong Farm: varieties of pork cuts including chops, shoulder and belly .

SPECIAL EVENTS

At Thursday’s FreshFarm Market in Penn Quarter, Juliette Tahar of Healthy Living Inc. will demonstrate how to make corn salsa from 4 to 5 p.m.

At Sunday’s FreshFarm Market at Dupont Circle, chef Danny Bortnick of Firefly will give a cooking demonstration from 11 a.m. to noon.

At Saturday’s Columbia Heights Community Marketplace, chef Billy McCormick of the Heights will give a cooking demonstration at 10 a.m.
