Garner's Produce: sweet corn; Primo Red tomatoes;  spaghetti squash; black acorn squash; watermelon; All-Star leaf lettuce.

Kuhn Orchards: cider; late-season and white peaches; Honeycrisp, Early Fuji, Elstar and Smokehouse apples; Niagara and Concord grapes; shallots; baby artichokes.

Whisked!: spiced apple and walnut cobbler; blue cheese, mushroom and herbs (thyme, tarragon, oregano and chives) quiche; cheddar and chive savory loaf.

At Saturday’s H Street NE FreshFarm Market, Randall Smith of the Capitol Skyline Hotel will give a demonstration from 10 to 11 a.m.

At Thursday’s FreshFarm Market by the White House, Juliette Tahar of Healthy Living will give a demonstration from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

At Saturday’s FreshFarm Market in Bethesda, Summer Whitford, the Food and Wine Diva, will give a demonstration from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

At Sunday’s FreshFarm Market at Dupont Circle, food writer Hank Shaw will give a demonstration from 10:30 a.m. to noon and sign copies of his new book, “Hunt, Gather, Cook.”

At Wednesday’s FreshFarm Market in Foggy Bottom, Rachel Morris of Whole Foods will give a demonstration from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
