Given all the interest in what restaurants and bars are open tonight, I half wonder if that large rumbling this afternoon wasn’t just Washington’s collective stomach.
Twitter, naturally, has lit up with restaurants, bistros, dives and bars announcing their evening plans. Some include earthquake specials, others are just happy to open their doors after the mid-day scare.
