It’s been 166 days since Bruce Springsteen and his mighty E Street Band last rumbled through Washington. “It was heavy,” David Malitz wrote in his review of the sold-out Verizon Center gig on April 1. “Springsteen could have offered nothing but entertainment and pure escape, and it would have easily been a show worthy of his reputation as one of live music’s best. But on Sunday, he didn’t escape, he dove headfirst into the heart of America, and if what he found wasn’t always pretty, it sure was powerful.”

Tonight, the Boss takes a second lap through D.C., this time at Nationals Park. To help you get ready, today’s Weekend section offered a handy guide for fans planning to attend — advice on getting there, what to bring, what to leave at home, even set list predictions.

Starting at 5 p.m., the Style Blog will be on the scene, collecting live tweets from Washington Post staffers attending the concert. And once you get home, be sure to check back for full coverage from the big show.
