Siri does guest vocals in Flaming Lips song

Siri — the occasionally sass-talking Apple digital assistant — is a crossover success. Her music career began small with a few YouTube duets, but she’s hit the big time now with a Flaming Lips song in which she shares billing with Erykah Badu and Biz Markie. The song, ”Now I Understand,” is available for a limited time only on SoundCloud.

Listen to the song after the jump.

Amid an ethereal, electronic soundscape, Siri addresses Flaming Lips vocalist Wayne Coyne, saying, “Wayne, I don’t understand the moon, the stars and the sun.” She ends the dreamy song with, “Wayne. Now I understand.” Coyne posted the song on SoundCloud, calling it a “sound construction piece.” “Life is beautiful. Music gets you high,” he said.

What do you think of Siri’s guest vocals? Who has the more unexpected music cameo: Siri or Blue Ivy Carter?
