Angry Birds continue march toward total world domination

Google I/O Developers Conference had the Web world aflutter yesterday with the news that the birds were coming to Chrome. Angry Birds, the pig-killing cultural phenomenon, is already on almost every platform possible, from Facebook to Windows and Droid phones to iPads. But the desire to fling disgruntled feathers into livestock seems to know no bounds.

Google Chrome users can now access Angry Birds on Chrome.

I have to say, as a Spider Solitaire fan, I’ve never felt the need to test the bird game out. However, Pomplamoose may change my mind. The irrepressibly adorable American indie duo has recorded the theme song to Angry Birds and their schizophrenic music video makes me want to smash some serious sows:
