Thanks to Carmageddon, an Interstate 405 closure that’s causing some Angelenos to hunker down or flee for the weekend, you can now see what that looks like.
Videographer Ross Ching uses time-lapse photography to show us Los Angeles, a city that’s part of the most populous metropolitan area in the world, without inhabitants or cars:
