Clarence Clemons responsive, but partially paralyzed, after two brain surgeries

E Street Band saxiphonist Clarence Clemons suffered a stroke Sunday night, but has started to show signs of recovery. As well as being an integral part of Bruce Springsteen’s band, Clemons has just performed on Lady Gaga’s new album “Born This Way.” Here’s Clemons last month on “American Idol,” with Lady Gaga:
