Elizabeth Smart starts her job at ‘Good Morning America’

Elizabeth Smart started her pundit job on the missing child beat this morning for “Good Morning America.” She tackled an interview with Jaycee Dugard, a victim of a child kidnapping who remained missing for 18 years.

It’s fascinating to see Smart, kidnapped in Salt Lake City in 2002 and rescued nine months later, spin her childhood tragedy into a career based on it. She holds her own quite well against show host George Stephanopoulos.
