L. Ron Hubbard’s great-grandson blasts Scientology, poetically (Video)

Scientology, the mysterious and powerful church that has its celebrity devotees and its journalist skeptics, has a new critic from within its own family. Founder L. Ron Hubbard’s great-grandson told his story on stage at the Snap Judgment radio show, a public radio show that lets people tell their personal stories. The video will be part of a new movie “Drama Momma,” from Snap Judgement.

And Jamie DeWolf has one heck of a personal story.

He begins, “Every family has a black sheep. On my mother’s side, our black sheep was a shepard that enslaved his own flock.”

It cuts deeper ever after.

DeWolf has not been silent about his disappointment in his ancestry, participating in protests and using the story as a subject in his spoken-word performances.
