Mumbai blasts kill at least 17 (photos and video)

Three blasts ripped through Mumbai during rush hour Wednesday evening, exploding roughly at the same time. Placed in crowded areas in India’s financial capital, the bombs killed at least 10 people and injured dozens more. See live updates here and read the full story here.
