Occupy Oakland Strike (Photograph)

Occupy Oakland continues to grow in strength and numbers ahead of the planned march on the Oakland, Calif., port Wednesday night. Labor union representatives and teachers joined the protesters in the city that has become a hub of activity in the nationwide Occupy protests.

Around 12 p.m., a Reddit user snapped a photograph of the march from her office window on Franklin Street in downtown Oakland:
