Sloan Churman, deaf woman, hears herself for the first time (video)

Sloan Churman. (Image via YouTube) Sloan Churman was born deaf. She had never heard the sound of her own voice until, at 29, she was given a hearing implant made by a company called Envoy Medical.

Churman has posted the incredible video in which she hears herself speaking for the first time:
