What advice would you give Congress on the ‘fiscal cliff’?

Now that the 2012 election has concluded, lawmakers in Washington are turning their attention to the “fiscal cliff,” a combination of spending cuts and tax increases set to take effect in January.

Recently, we asked local business leaders to tell us what advice they’d give Congress for how to negotiate a deal and what it should include.
