D.C. sledding gets creative

What, exactly, is a sled? At a popular sledding hill in Northwest D.C. over the weekend, the answer was open to interpretation.

No matter if the "sled" was from the kitchen, bathroom, closet or garage, if it had a flat surface, it was fair game.

Which "sled" do you think worked the best? Surprisingly, the PAM-coated plastic bin wasn't too shabby.

Here is my experience trying it out:

But, as it turns out, the bin wasn't made to hold two people:

And the winner is ... yup, you guessed it: the cardboard box wrapped in a shower curtain.
