Image of day: Honey, I shrunk the snow sculpture

The daughter of CWG reader/commenter Walter Crain standing next to snow sculpture. (Walter Crain)

Loyal reader Walter-in-Falls-Chuch is well-known for the larger-than-life snow sculptures he has crafted over the years. In mocking tribute to the 0.2” of snow that fell Sunday morning, Walter produced the “sculpture” photographed above. To me, the photograph is a good metaphor for how this season’s snowfall stacked up to last season’s (2009-10).
