NatCast: Muggy, chance for brief t’shower

4 p.m. UPDATE: At the moment, it looks a lot of the thunderstorm activity may remain north of D.C. this evening. Storms chance have dropped to just 30%. If they develop, it would most likely be in the later innings. Follow our Twitter feed (@capitalweather) for additional updates.

(Forecast issued early this morning is below...)

Nationals vs. Cubs
Thursday, 7:05 p.m., Nationals Park
First Pitch9th InningWeatherChance of Rain
89-9180-82Thundershower likely60-70%
This may not be a rain out, but unless the thundershowers are fast moving or elusive, a delay looks a decent possibility. The good news it it should knock the heat down...briefly
