New December snowfall record for D.C.

As of 1 p.m., snowfall at Reagan National has reached 12", tying the biggest snowfall on record for Washington, D.C. during the month of December (set back in 1932 on December 17). By 2 p.m., we will have a new record.

As of 2 p.m., Reagan National reached 13", setting a new record for December snow.

Dulles had already received 16" as of 1 p.m. Other snow totals: here.
