The region endured a blast of strong to severe storms, but fortunately, no widespread damage or power outages. Some showers may linger through mid-evening, then we gradually clear out. Wednesday should be spectacular, though a bit cooler than we’re used to.
Through Tonight: Showers are possible through 8-10 p.m. (ending southwest to northeast). Then skies slowly clear and it turns much cooler. Lows range from the low 50s in the cooler suburbs to the upper 50s downtown.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny and delightful. You might want a light jacket though, as highs only make it into the low 70s. Walking in the shade will feel cool, especially with a breeze from the north around 10-15 mph.
