Readers, Capital Weather Watchers document rare October snow

Who knew our first opportunity to enlist our readers and newly minted Capital Weather Watchers to document the season’s first snowfall would come before Halloween? Throughout the storm, we received a constant stream of reports as well as multimedia to ground truth what was happening throughout the region.
