Snow Attempting Minor Come Back Western Suburbs

Significant accumulations east of I-95

While this storm has certainly been an underperformer west of I-95, some accumulating snow does appear to be moving in and there will be more overnight as an energetic upper level low rotates through. I think it's fair to say earlier predicted totals will not be reached west of I-95, but several inches are still possible in the metro area by morning. East of I-95 totals continue to mount, with 3-6" common in Calvert and Charles counties.

Here are some revised snowfall projections:

West and northwest of beltway: 1-3"
District and Inside Beltway: 2-5"
East of I-95: No change from earlier map, 4-8", with a narrow band of 6-10".
