You really can’t ask for much nicer weather than we saw today. Too bad most of us had to spend much of it indoors! Thankfully, this evening continues the glorious conditions and we’ve got more on tap tomorrow before clouds and showers begin to threaten on Sunday.
Through Tonight: Our recent stretch of chilled overnights continues tonight. Temperatures drop fairly quickly post sunset, with everyone in the 50s by late evening. Lows ultimately reach the upper 30s in the cold spots to the upper 40s downtown.
The weekend is half awesome and half passable.
After a chilly start, Saturday features mostly sunny skies, a light breeze from the south, as well as temperatures near 70 and into the low 70s. Temperatures are a bit milder Saturday night than recently thanks to some cloud cover and that southerly flow. Plan on lows in the mid-40s to lower 50s.
On Sunday, any morning sunshine should become increasingly shrouded by clouds as the day goes and a system works toward us from the southwest. The risk of showers also goes up, particularly west and southwest, by afternoon. Highs should still make it to the mid-60s or near 70 on a south wind.
Pollen update: Tree pollen remains high at 459 grains per cubic meter and is expected to stay high through the weekend. All other pollens continue to be low, though grasses are starting to rise.
