Update, 1:00 p.m.: Via Nationals.com: “For the second straight night, the Nationals have had a game postponed due to ongoing inclement weather in the Washington, D.C., area. Instead of opening their series with the Twins on Friday night as planned, the clubs will play a split doubleheader on Sunday at Nationals Park.” From 4:55 a.m.: Even if the heaviest of day’s rain misses the game, it may still be too wet to play. A chance of lightning is never a good thing for a game, either.
