After reaching into the mid-to-upper 70s this afternoon, a cool front is slipping through the region with widely scattered showers this evening.  We gradually clear out overnight setting up a sparkling Friday, but with temperatures a good 6-10 degrees cooler than today.

Through Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers through midnight or so, followed by decreasing clouds.  Lows range from the upper 40s in the cooler suburbs to the low-to-mid 50s downtown.  Light (10 mph) winds from the south become from the northwest late at night.

Tomorrow (Friday): Grab a light jacket, but no umbrella or heavy layers needed. It’s mostly sunny, a little breezy, and generally delightful.  Highs range from 65-70 with winds from the northwest at 10-15 mph.
