Rainbow magic: Beautiful views in Washington, D.C. (PHOTOS)

Between 6 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, a small shower traversed the District. As the sun’s rays intercepted the shower on its departure, a beautiful, full-sky rainbow emerged.
