Alex Ovechkin’s latest musical endeavor became available to the masses this weekend as the video for Sasha Belyi’s song “Champion” surfaced on YouTube. Safe to say, it’s one of those things you just have to see for yourself, even if you don’t understand Russian.
If you’d like to fast forward to Ovechkin rapping a verse, head to the 2:55 mark of the video, when the Capitals left wing is introduced.
